Our story: Once upon a time, two adventurous Chicago software executives left the hustle and bustle of
downtown Chicago, trained with industry experts at UC Davis, consulted with the wine gods, and then decided to
plant a 20 acre vineyard near the shores of Lake Huron. Our story is Vintage, with good body and a fine
finish……
Recently featured on the PBS show “Under the Radar Michigan”, Blue Water Winery and Vineyards offers a
true old school winery experience. We cleared the land, we planted the vines, we make the wine, and we are
having a blast doing it. Come join us!
